Sports Elective
Sports Elective and Wellness
The sports elective and wellness class will be a semesterlong class in which advanced skills, proper sportsmanship, and teamwork will be introduced in various team sports. Students will compete in intramural competitions after being introduced to the numerous skills associated with a particular sport.
Furthermore, advanced physical fitness and wellness will be introduced and emphasized during the course of the semester. Students will have their core strength, acceleration ratio, and aerobic capacity tested throughout the semester.
