Little Flower School
PARENTS' CLUB

MISSION STATEMENT

We, the Parents' Club of Little Flower School, are committed to service and financial aid for the betterment of the school. Understanding that parents are the primary educators of their children, we hope that through our actions, our children earn the rewards of serving, socializing, and cooperating with their fellow students.

The Little Flower Parents' Club is dedicated to supporting the educational and academic programs of Little Flower School. The Parents' club provides vital assistance to the school by sponsoring fundraising activities and through participation in Little Flower programs. The Parents' Club is further committed to encouraging and recognizing excellence in educational achievement, and to fostering communication between parents, students, and faculty. Membership is open to all parents, relatives, and guardians of students, and all other interested persons who support the objectives of Little Flower School Directory, as well as membership in the organization.

The Parents' Club is the primary facilitator of service hours given to parents. Each family is required to complete 20 hours of volunteer service for the school year or pay a $200 family involvement fee. The Parent Involvement Program has been extremely successful as it draws members of the school community closer and creates a unity with each other. Hours can be obtained through the following activities:

Attending Parents' Club Meetings Baking Book Fair Books & Beyond Red, White & U Classroom Helper

The school only requires 20 service hours, but additional help is always appreciated and often needed. We hope you enjoy your time spent at Little Flower Catholic School. Please don't feel you have to stop at 20 hours, you are part of the Little Flower family and our community is built through the time we spend together.
