Parents are welcome to make appointments with the teacher. Please call 323-2931 to set up an appointment. All appointments will be scheduled after school. Parents are asked not to conference with teachers immediately prior to or during class time.

Classroom Rules

Will have a positive attitude.	Will raise my hand to be called upon before speaking and to get out of my seat.
Will respect my teacher, my classmates, and all other staff / parents.

Consequences

1st warning: No penalty	4th warning: Fill out a third entry on the conduct form and miss an entire recess. The conduct card will be sent home for parent (s) to sign.
2nd warning: Fill out a conduct card form.	5th warning: Phone call home and a parent conference with the idea of drawing up an individual behavior contract.
3rd warning: Fill out a second entry on the conduct form and miss 5 minutes of recess.	6th warning: Parent, teacher, and principal conference.
