In January of 2002, Little Flower School became a charter member of the National Junior Honor Society, (NJHS). Membership in NJHS is open to those middle school students who meet the required standards in five specific areas: scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character. NJHS membership is determined by students having a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, outstanding character, strong leadership, and service to the school and community.
Academic Decathlon is open to students in grades six through eight. It is a competitive team in which membership must be earned through a knowledge test. There are 12 spaces on the team, 10 regular members and 2 alternates. Students compete against other dioceses in ten academic events.
Yearbook is open to students in grades five through eight. Design meetings are held before and after school.
